Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping prices vary depending on the items purchased and the delivery location (domestic or international). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at dripnflip.au@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. While we are not responsible for courier delays, we’ll always help investigate and support you where possible.

 

UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed, it will automatically be returned to us. This process is handled by the shipping carrier and is unfortunately outside of our control, so return times may vary.

Once the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.

 

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed with the payment provider using order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking information, and delivery verification.

We reserve the right to block customers who abuse chargebacks or attempt to fraudulently dispute purchases.
